Introduction to Fukuoka Campus

Let's learn Japanese in Fukuoka, the gateway to Kyushu and Asia.

Fukuoka Prefecture is located in the northern part of Kyushu, Japan, and has developed into a major city serving as a gateway to Kyushu from both domestic and international locations.

Furthermore, compared to Tokyo and Osaka, Fukuoka is known for its lower cost of living, making it an attractive city where living expenses can be significantly reduced. With its proximity to the city center from the airport and the concentration of commercial areas, it is often referred to as a "compact city," making it a comfortable area for international residents.
Our school building is located in the heart of Fukuoka, in a shopping mall called "Tenjin Shoppers," offering a spacious campus of approximately 3,000 square meters on one floor. Surrounding the campus are many commercial facilities, enhancing the convenience of the area.

Message from Branch Manager

Human Academy Japanese Language School, with a history of approximately 38 years, is finally opening a new campus in Fukuoka.
Fukuoka serves as the gateway to Kyushu and Asia by land, air, and sea, attracting people from various places, not only within Kyushu but also from all over Asia, making it a lively city.
While the central area is bustling, just a short distance away, you can find parks and the sea, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed Japanese lifestyle surrounded by nature.

Fukuoka is also famous for its delicious food. You can enjoy popular dishes like Hakata ramen and hot pot at outdoor stalls, which are also popular overseas.
Fukuoka was ranked 22nd in the "25 Most Livable Cities in the World - 2022" by the British magazine Monocle, receiving high praise from overseas, following Tokyo and Kyoto.
At Human Academy, our goal in Japanese language education is not just to "learn Japanese" but to "develop the skills to thrive in society." Therefore, we provide classes where learners actively speak, think, and engage, not just study at their desks.

Furthermore, at the Fukuoka campus, we aim to operate with a focus on "activities closely tied to the local community" and "education tailored to the learners." We welcome your opinions on what kind of curriculum or activities you would like to see!
In an environment suitable for learning Japanese, why not join us to make your dreams come true by learning Japanese together?
